Capri Garden's New Activities Director

As a Foundations Health Solutions skilled nursing facility, we pride ourselves on being not only a provider of superior care but an exemplary employer. As a company, we set ourselves apart from the competition by providing a management team that is culturally advanced in handling resident needs, staff needs, and family needs.

We'd like to welcome a new face to Capri Gardens that has helped demonstrate our core values, Danielle Patrick! We are excited to have Danielle join us as our new Activities Director. She comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in activities. Danielle has worked in the activities field for 20 years, working with all ages, from children to seniors. In the past, Danielle has organized special occasions for kids and also provided fun activities for people with disabilities while she worked at the Arc of Ohio.



Danielle loves enhancing residents' lives by organizing fun and festive events and, most importantly, painting fingernails for the ladies! She believes that even the little things can brighten their days. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her children and grandchildren, doing lots of crafts and watching Netflix.

If you see Danielle in the hallways of Capri, please give her a warm welcome! We can't wait for everyone to meet her!
